I moved my mother down here last year after she spent eight wonderful years in a facility up in Seattle, so I could be closer and more involved in her care. Adrian and his team made the transition smooth and comfortable for all of us. She is surrounded by kind, compassionate caregivers who maintain excellent hygiene and communicate any changes or concerns promptly. I always felt she was safe, well‑attended, and genuinely cared for. The support they provided—especially during her final days—was exceptional. I highly recommend Adrian and his team.

It’s impossible for me to express my profound respect and appreciation for Adrian and his staff. In my widest dreams I couldn’t imagine a more compassionate, caring, and loving environment in which my mother lived her final years. All along, the care was superlative but in her final days Adrian was incredibly insightful, supportive of our wishes, and a comforter beyond any of my expectations. My brother and I found Harmony House AFH for our elderly mother. She was no longer ambulatory for her previous assisted living facility, and needed the extra care and mobility services that Harmony House provides.
We were thrilled to choose Harmony House after our first visit. The home is upscale, in a nice cul-de-sac, in the Felida area of Vancouver. The inside is spacious and beautiful, with all accessibility features for its residents. There are common areas that residents can eat and relax, and a nice fenced yard to enjoy nature and flowers on nice days.
But the best thing about Harmony House begin with its primary caregivers and owners, Adrian and Marina. They are so very friendly, caring, qualified, and compassionate. Adrian has vast medical knowledge and experience. My family immediately bonded with them, as did our mother. The staff was equally caring and committed, and Mom loved each of them.
Prior to choosing Harmony House, we visited other AFH facilities in Vancouver, and this one was far and away the best choice for our mother.
